In his Weekly Wednesday Webinar, the onmipresent Johnny Campbell  looked at how to streamline and automate parts of the recruitment and selection process where vast amounts of time is wasted, both for the Recruiter and the Candidate.

Earlier this year in May, we wrote a blog about a reception hosted by the US-Ireland Alliance to honor the 2012 class of George J. Mitchell Scholars and that applications were open for the 2013-2014 Mitchell Scholarship which funds a year of postgraduate study in Ireland or Northern Ireland. Last weekend the US-Ireland Alliance selected the 2014 class of George J. Mitchell Scholars and yes Sonru's video selection tool formed an integral part of the application process.
