The Sonru Knowledge Centre has been busy of late and their latest addition is this case study on how Queen's University used Sonru to automate a very structured interview format - the Multiple Mini Interview (MMI) - that uses many short independent assessments, typically in a timed circuit, to obtain an aggregate score of each candidate’s soft skills. 

Good news, VMware is hiring! What's more interesting is how they're going about recruiting new blood. SlideRocket, their presentation software-as-a-service, is using video to encourage applicants to join the team with a  catchy infomercial showing SlideRocket staff talking about what it's like working for the company.

Sonru, a multi award winning video interviewing technology company, today announced the release of a white paper entitled, “The Candidate Experience of Video Interviewing.” The paper presents research findings on candidates’ awareness / attitudes and actual experience of automated video interviews.

Video CVs  have been around for a long time now but have yet to take off and probably won't as they don't offer much added value over the normal CV. Let's go through this in more detail.
