Sonru featured in EI’s the Market as example of “Finding Success” in ASEAN
Asean, is the 10-country association of South East Asian nations, is hoping to create a single market by 2015, the Asean Economic Community (AEC) which will be the fifth most powerful trading bloc on the planet. The Spring edition of Enterprise Ireland's magazine The Market took a look at some of the lead economies, emerging opportunities and irish experiences doing business in the region and needless to say Sonru's operation in Singapore featured as a success story.

Sonru featured in Gartner Market Guide for E-Recruitment Solutions
Sonru was featured in Gartner's Market Guide for E-Recruitment Solutions (Published: 9 February 2012) under the heading "Improving Interviewing and Assessment." The report discussed how unstructured interviews have proven themselves to be poor indicators of actual performance and then referred to the growth of video interviewing tools (such as Sonru) which can be integrated with ATS solutions such as Taleo.

Sonru featured in Irish Times Destination in Focus: Singapore
The blog article discussed how with the 'wealth of opportunities on offer, a growing number of Irish professionals have made Singapore their new home.' The article featured the recruitment market and interviewed companies and organisations such as Berkley Recruitment and Sonru Asia Pacific. Promising a vibrant Irish community we learned that societies such as the Irish Chamber of Commerce and the St Patrick’s Society of Singapore and Gaelic Lions GAA Club offered a welcome to the new Irish in Singapore.

CERN’s use of Sonru featured in Talent Engagement Review
James Purvis, Head of Recruitment, Programmes & Monitoring Group at CERN contributed a case study to this month's Talent Engagement Review. Since trialing the product, CERN have conducted over 150 video screening interviews and according to Purvis they "have had a 99 per cent response rate from candidates with much positive feedback."

Sonru meets President Mary McAleese, is recognised as Business Ambassador and makes the Six One News
It was a busy June 1st for Sonru founder Ed Hendrick as he attended a special ceremony at Aras an Uachtarain hosted by President Mary McAleese. The event organised by cross-border body InterTradeIreland identified Sonru as one of sixty-five Business Ambassadors from across Ireland.

Sonru’s Ed Hendrick is on air and ‘Down to Business’ on Newstalk Radio
Sonru founder Ed Hendrick will be a guest this coming Sunday (February 27th 2011) on Down to Business, Newstalk's popular radio show. Dragons' Den panelist Bobby Kerr hosts this weekly show and will be talking to Ed and other finalists in the SFA National Business Awards 2011. Tune in on Sunday on 106-108 fm, the show normally runs from 10-11 but we can't promise it'll run to schedule given the Irish Election #GE11.
