We use it extensively in BioWare. It's been a tremendous help to us in screening out candidates for both CS and technical roles. It's also a great alternative to phone screening as you're not dependant on time zones or candidates or interviewers availablity at a particular time. Yes - its AMAZING and now become an essential and integratal part of our recruitment process. Speak to any hiring manager at CERN and they will recommend it to you. I 'discovered' this tool by accident in February - it took sonru less than 5 days to get it up and running for CERN (branded for us) and now I don't know how we would live without it.

We started using it about a month ago as a pre-screening tool mainly for overseas roles.The response from candidates, customers (where appropriate) and internal managers has been fabulous, it has saved heap of time in the screening process and means each person in the chain can record or view the interview at a time and a setting that is convenient.
