Sonru have released the latest version of the interviewee video interface. Sonru believe that user centred design is key to developing a product people want to use and take pleasure in receiving feedback from users. Edward Hendrick, CEO Sonru, commented, "This is the greatest way to improve our product, by listening to what our customers are requesting and doing our utmost to satisfy their needs." Sonru have been taking feedback from users during its closed beta period and are identifying a number of areas that need improvement.

Interviewees being able to complete interviews with ease is key to the success of Sonru.

Sonru have made improvements to the interviewee video interface in the following areas:

• Clearer question display
• Preparation area instructions have been improved and interviewees can now re-record their test recording as often as they like until they are happy with the   result before they begin the interview
• Timer has been made more visible
• Clarified for the interviewees when they are being recorded and when they are not

These changes are improving the usability of the Sonru Remote Video Interview. Sonru appreciate every bit of feedback received from users so keep it coming.

Sonru are currently working on an improved design across the application, this will be deployed in the coming weeks.
