Candidates prefer Automated Video Interviews to Phone Interviews
Sonru has been busy conducting research with candidates once they've completed their video interviews. It's early days yet but the preliminary analysis is very positive. Key findings include:

It's nice to see a company that isn't afraid of using the latest technology for something like recruiting

It shows that the company are a forward thinking organisation who are willing to utilise available technology to quickly and efficiently view prospective candidates
It stands out from the crowd, it's different. It appears like they are very into their technology and are forward thinking.
Gave a very professional image of the company. That recruitment processes are well-thought and well-planned. My image of the company is now that of a very dynamic organisation. The recruitment procedure has untill now given a very positive employer-image.
It's a good way to use modern technology, and giving a more flexible schedule for the interview.
