Oh no, they've made a snazzy online video with contributions from their staff talking about Facebook's vision for the future. It's a call to action to make a contribution no matter what discipline you're from. Looking through their careers pages, there are plenty of jobs in the Dublin office too.

High quality video production, snappy / not too long and they all seemed like a genuinely passionate bunch of people so I'm sure they'll have no trouble filling those vacancies. In fact I'm certain they'll be inundated with applications so it'll be interesting to see if their use of online video extends itself into the actual recruitment process by using something like Sonru's Automated Video Interview tool to screen applicants.
