New audio test
We've introduced a new audio test today. What does this mean? It simply means that interviewees now have to do a 5 second test to ensure that the microphone is working properly before beginning the interview.
Why have we introduced this test? Because some interviewees were completing their interviews with no sound, which is not good!
How does it work? You simply speak into your microphone and the 3 ticks will light up as it picks up your voice. When the 3 ticks light you have passed the test and can continue with your interview.
Short and sweet, but effective. If you fail the test you can't do the interview. So what should you do in this case? Go to your help centre and seek out advice there and if that doesn't work contact support@sonru.com
