Enniscorthy, 05 July 2010.Sonru announced today the appointment of Shane Barron as Technical Services Engineer. In his new position, Mr. Barron will be the primary point of contact with Sonru’s existing and potential customers’ technical function.

Shane is well accustomed to the start-up world having spent most of his working life in start-up enterprises. He has significant experience in the web development area – with particular expertise in developing large-scale ecommerce websites. Shane was lead developer with hostelworld.com, one of Ireland’s most successful dot.com companies. Shane spent two years in a software development house in Wexford and more recently with Unum, an American startup company based in Carlow.  He has also developed his own online business, perfumeireland.com, which is currently one of the top beauty web-stores in Ireland.
