Well the Beautiful South might sing 'this could be Rotterdam or anywhere, Liverpool or Rome, coz Rotterdam is anywhere, anywhere alone....'  but Sonru's tour of Europe throughout November has left us anything but alone,  we headed east  and then south but yes we're beautiful. As innovators in the use of video in recruitment, Sonru regularly gets invited to speak at conferences and trade shows to share our passion for automated video interviewing technology. Earlier this month we spoke at HR Tech Europe 2011 in Amsterdam and Taleo Europe 2011 in Paris, now it's straight back out the door for London followed by Geneva and Barcelona.

First item on the agenda today is the Mobile & Video in Recruitment Conference today in London's Congress Centre where Sonru founder Ed Hendrick will be showing how online video can be used as part of the selection process and will include case studies from companies already incorporating online video interviews on a regular basis. Tomorrow it's the CERN Recruitment and Sourcing Seminar in Geneva where Ed will give a joint presentation with Dr. Susan Morison of Queen's University Belfast where they'll demonstrate how Queen's s automated the Multi Mini Interview (MMI) to screen the non-cognitive skills of applicants outside the UK/EU. The November tour concludes with Ed's presentation at the Pan-European Online Recruitment Seminar and Workshop in Barcelona next week (November 23-24) where he'll talk about automating the screening process using online video.
