Sonru the Movie: Sonru use animation to overview automated video interviewing
Enniscorthy 13 March, 2011. Sonru today launched two short animations to explain the automated video interviewing process. The animations, which were produced by Igloo Animations, consist of an 'Overview of automated video interviewing' and a more specific 'How does it work?' and are targeted at HR directors, recruiters and hiring managers.
Although video has been used in online recruitment for many years now, the use of automated or asynchronous interviewing is a relatively new process and can sometimes be confused with live web conferencing or video CVs. Sonru have launched these short movies to dispel any confusion and have been well very well received so far. The videos are available to view on the Sonru website and also the Sonru YouTube Channel.
