Sonru Academy is the professional qualification that proves the graduate has a detailed understanding of video interviewing and Sonru's range of products. Knowledge is power so graduating from Sonru Academy will help graduates showcase that knowledge to prospective clients.

Can I trust Sonru Academy?

Absolutely. We know all about video interviewing and we're passionate about our video interview apps so anyone representing Sonru needs to demonstrate that same level of knowledge and passion for our products.  Sonru Academy is an intensive programme, examined using Sonru Academy's online video testing platform; the pass mark is 80% so participants have to be serious about video interviews for Sonru Academy to take them seriously. From the time participants start the programme, they will have to complete all tests within a 4-week period.

What does the Sonru Academy logo mean?

Only graduates of Sonru Academy can display an official Sonru Academy logo on their various channels. It's that feel good factor giving you the assurance that Sonru Academy graduates are qaulified, certified, authorised video interview experts.

Who are Sonru Academy graduates?

All Sonru staff and resellers or partners representing Sonru must be a Sonru Academy graduate. Our graduates range from HR professionals, recruiters, recruitment agents to account managers in job boards and other online recruitment offerings.

Can I sign up for Sonru Academy?

Yes, provided you meet with our Reseller criteria. Sonru's goal is to create strategic alliances with select resellers to deliver its products throughout the recruitment sector outside UK and Ireland and across the education and training sectors.
