We have published volumes upon volumes of our “Candidate Experience of Video Interviewing” white papers over the years. Every now and again, we like to deliver the research with a special twist – maybe a regional version or a focus on graduates. Today’s paper, entitled “The Mobile Experience of Video Interviewing” presents findings from the mobile candidate.
These research findings are derived from the user data from 3,800 randomly selected recruitment campaigns conducted by 615 companies on the Sonru system between January 2017 and September 2018. The findings from over 24,000 respondents who completed their interview on a mobile device during the same time frame are also included.
What Can You Expect to Learn About the Mobile Candidate?
- Profile of mobile respondents
- Previous awareness and completion levels
- Pre and post-interview behaviour and attitudes toward Video Interviewing
- Satisfaction levels
“In this paper, you will find lots of statistics – candidate awareness, confidence, satisfaction levels – but my favourite is that mobile completions have almost doubled in the past five years. This is a strong endorsement and clearly shows mobile recruiting is here to stay.” – Edward Hendrick, Founder & CEO, Sonru
With 91% of mobile candidates completing their interviews from home, and 94% willing to complete a Video Interview again, it’s safe to say that the mobile experience of Video Interviewing is one you won’t want to miss! Grab a copy of the full white paper now.
