This new feature has really excited our team and Sonru users. Not only will it help give recruiters a fuller picture of candidates, it saves them time too! All the information needed will be inside their Sonru account, leading to higher quality candidates being progressed further in the process. A bad hire can cost a company anywhere between $25-50k meaning an informed decision can save a lot of money.
For a candidate, having the option to connect their LinkedIn profile to their Sonru account, rather than attaching a C.V., gives them even more control over the recruitment process. They are in control of their data and can easily change settings later down the line.
