The latest volume (Issue 93 December 2016 / January 2017) of the AGR’s Graduate Recruiter Magazine features an article penned by Daniel Richard – our very own MD Europe at Sonru. In a Partnership special, Daniel spoke about Sonru’s partnership with EmployAbility, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to assisting students and graduates with all disabilities, and about the white paper and webinar they delivered to both raise awareness of accessibility and to challenge recruiters to think about their end-to-end recruitment process.
In the short article on page 20, Daniel asked readers to challenge themselves to think about their end-to-end recruitment process and provided some practical advice on simple adjustments that can make your process more accessible with video interviewing. Meanwhile on pages 12-13, Sonru clients Asda had their own feature: ‘Upgrading graduate assessment through effective partnering’ where they talked about their journey over the past few years and how their collaboration with Strengths Based Partnership (and the Sonru video interviewing platform) has enabled them to achieve some excellent outcomes in terms of quality and longevity of graduate hire. The article was on the same lines of a joint presentation we all made at the AGR Student Recruitment Conference 2016 in June 2016 which is discussed in this blog post.
