Season’s Greetings from Sonru.
In the past decade at Sonru, we managed the transition from indigenous Irish start-up to one of the world leaders in the Video Interviewing space. As I reflect on 2019, it’s safe to say we have seen out the decade on a high.
It has been quite a year for Sonru, on-boarding even more global brands, expanding into new markets and impacting the recruitment industry like never before. A particular highlight for me from the last 12 months been has been our ISO-27001-2013 certification, this certification serves as both recognition of our dedication to security and a reminder to our users that they are safe in our hands.
2019 was also the year of our most ambitious client research project where so many of you contributed to our 360˚ View of Video Interviewing in Action report, which looked at the impact of our technology on the entire recruitment process. It really highlights Video Interviewing’s multiplier effect and I’d like to thank you all personally for your involvement.
As our usage grew, so did our team and I am personally delighted to lead such a passionate and committed collection of professionals who eat, sleep and breathe Sonru. Their commitment goes above and beyond the working week with so many of our staff investing in further education in areas such as HR, service design, general business, accounting, and digital media design. The learnings they bring back to the office to share with their colleagues are truly inspirational.
2020 will be an exciting year for Sonru which will bring growth, growth and more growth and we look forward to the journey. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank all our clients for their business and continued support as we enter the next decade .
Nollaig Shona agus Athbhliain faoi Mhaise Daoibh.
(Happy Christmas and Best Wishes for the New Year)
