Context

With applications from all over the world for the position of CEO and the need to accommodate the Recruitment Task Force, who were from five different countries,  Sonru proved to be the ideal solution as part of this complex recruitment process.

“We needed a cost effective tool that would assist in screening candidates that were geographically spread and operating in different time zones. We also needed consistency in the questions to ensure that candidates were treated fairly and we needed a process that could accommodate the Recruitment Task Force who were based in Ireland, France, the Czech Republic, Spain and Italy.”

Conclusion

“The shortlist were spread right around Europe. The cost to bring a candidate to Brussels would be a minimum of €2,000 each. Sonru enabled us to refine that list of 11 down to five effectively halving our travel and accommodation costs.”
