Sonru focuses on making the interview process very simple and effective integrating secure online video into the process. It is used by interviewers who want to interview a lot of people in a very structured and fair manner quickly and cost effectively.

How does it work?

Create Interviews

Simply create your new interview by providing some details; the closing date and a brief description of the interview. Then create your questions and select the timings for each question. 

Send to Interviewees

Add your interviewee details: their name and email and click Send. Don't worry, we never release these details to any third party. See our Privacy Policy and you will see how seriously we take privacy concerns.   

View Videos

Your interviews are stored in your secure account for you to view and share when it suits. Having the interviews 'on record' means you can build a library of what good looks like allowing you to compare excellent employees against their initial interview so you know what to look for in your next recruitment drive. It also means that you can really prepare for that first face-to-face interview or meeting with a tailored interview based on what you've already seen, you'll get more out of that encounter rather than going in 'blind' from a CV.

Share with Colleagues

That's right you can share the interviews by adding staff or colleagues to get their input. To share a group of video interviews you simply add the users' names and email addresses and they will receive an email with a password and link to view the videos. Colleagues can view the videos and leave their comments when and where it suits. The inviter has complete control at all times over what the user sees. This is a very secure system and ensures that videos are only viewed by the intended users. Perfect for recruitment panels and teams who are geographically dispersed not to mention an end to scheduling.
