Create Interviews

Simply create your new interview by providing some details; the closing date and a brief description of the interview. Then create your questions and select the timings for each question. Yes, we have designed the system where you get to control how long your interviewees speak for! That's it your interview is ready. You are now ready to send the interviews to people you want to get answers from.

Send to Interviewees

At this stage all you have to do is add your interviewee details; their name and email. Don't worry, we never release these details to any third party. See our Privacy Policy and you will see how seriously we take privacy concerns. You don't have to do anything during the next step - this is where your selected interviewees have to answer your questions. This is where the convenience of Sonru really kicks in; you can go back to doing what you do best and let our system do all the interviewing for you.

View Videos

All your interviews are stored in your secure account for review when you are ready, and you can even share the interviews by adding staff or colleagues to get their input. This bit is very cool and will impress your colleagues no end. It will also impress the Financial Controller when he/she sees how cost effective Sonru is. No travel, hotels, meeting expenses.

Share with Colleagues

Sharing with colleagues is a completely secure process. To share a group of video interviews you simply add the user's name and email address. The user will then receive an email with a password and link to an account where they can view the videos. Colleagues can view the videos when and where suits them and leave their comments on videos they have viewed. The inviter has complete control at all times over what the user sees. This is a very secure system and ensures that videos are only viewed by the intended users.
